一、14天申请期限

顾客可以在订单签收后14天内联系易爽佳提出退货或换货申请。请先说明订单号、商品情况和申请原因；不要在没有取得确认和退货地址前自行寄回。

二、无理由退货条件

• 易爽佳按每包5条销售。申请整包无理由退货时，包内5条独立密封包装均须保持未拆封。
• 商品不得穿着、清洗、沾污、变形、损坏或影响再次销售。
• 因贴身衣物卫生原因，任何一条独立密封包装一旦拆封，该包不接受无理由退货；适用法律另有强制规定的除外。
• 非质量原因退货的寄回运费及包装费用由顾客承担。寄回前应使用可查询物流并妥善包装。

三、质量问题、发错或运输损坏

如果收到的商品与确认订单不符、运输中损坏，或存在经确认的商品质量问题，请尽快联系并提供订单号和能够说明问题的照片。确认后，易爽佳承担合理退换费用，并根据具体情况提供补发、换货或退款方案。顾客的法定质量权利不因本政策而减少。

四、退款处理

易爽佳收到退回商品并核对商品状态后，通过原付款路径或双方确认的合规方式发起退款。实际到账时间取决于付款机构和银行处理。欧盟及其他地区法律对退款期限、原标准配送费用或法定保证有强制规定的，按适用法律执行。

Change-of-mind returns

• Products are sold as a five-piece pack. For a change-of-mind return, all five individually sealed packages in the pack must remain unopened.
• Items must not have been worn, washed, stained, deformed, damaged or made unsuitable for resale.
• For hygiene reasons, a pack is not eligible for a change-of-mind return once any individual sealed package has been opened, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
• The customer pays return postage and packaging for a non-defect return and should use trackable shipping.

Defect, wrong item or shipping damage

Contact Yishuangjia with the order number and photographs that show the issue. Once confirmed, Yishuangjia will cover reasonable return or replacement costs and offer an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refund and contact

After the returned goods are received and inspected, the refund is initiated through the original payment route or another compliant method agreed by both parties. Bank or payment-provider processing time may vary. Mandatory local rules, including applicable EU withdrawal and legal-guarantee rights, take priority.
